Supported Living

Provides participants the individual instruction and support needed to live on their own.  

Tuolumne Supported Living Program (TSLP) is designed to support developmentally disabled adults so that they might live in the most independent way possible in the environment of their choice.  Supported Living Instructors support and train participants in the skills they require on a daily basis, including banking, shopping, cooking, household maintenance, medical/dental needs and understanding mail.

Our program strives to help each individual reach their own potential goals for independence and self responsibility.  Participants use the TSLP program to learn basic skills and increase their self-confidence.  TSLP provides support and assistance on a one-to-one instructional basis, in the individual's home, community based setting or at the TSLP training facility.
